Order & Pickup Policy – Decibel Merch
All merchandise is pre-ordered online and collected in person at the venue on the day of the concert. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final Since merchandise is prepared specifically based on pre-orders, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
Pickup at the Venue
- Your order must be collected at the merch counter on the day of the show.
- Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) as proof of purchase.
- Pickup is available from 4 hours before showtime.
- Uncollected orders will not be refunded or reshipped.
Sizing Please use our size guide before ordering. We are unable to exchange items due to sizing errors made at checkout.
Wrong or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged at pickup, raise it immediately at the merch counter before leaving the venue. We will not be able to address claims made after the event.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after the pre-order window closes.
Show Cancellations In the rare event that the concert is cancelled by the organizer, orders will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
